These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FieldSight AI platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by FieldSight AI Technologies ("FieldSight AI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a month-to-month basis unless stated otherwise. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of imagery, boundary files, sensor data, and other content you upload. You grant FieldSight AI a limited license to process this content solely to deliver the Service and improve model performance in aggregated, de-identified form.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to reverse engineer the platform, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users. FieldSight AI may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Agronomic Guidance Disclaimer

Detections, forecasts, and prescription (RX) maps are decision-support outputs, not agronomic prescriptions. You are responsible for validating recommendations before applying inputs to your fields.

6. Warranties & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FieldSight AI's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
